All Garments are made to order unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary... the following information relates to DISPATCH DAY (day of posting), NOT shipping time scales. Shipping times only apply once your order has been dispatched. 

N.B. Orders must be placed by 6PM on the day noted, otherwise the following days times will apply.

UK CUSTOMERS
  • Delivery timescale to the UK (once items have been made and sent) would normally be 1-2 working days. Delivery to the EU and Republic of Ireland  should allow 5-10 working days from notification of dispatch.
  • Delivery to the rest of the world should allow up to 21 days.
  • Cosmetics and accessories are posted next working day if purchased on their own, if combined with another order above times will apply
  • If fluffy legwarmers are ordered with a clubwear item, the clubwear dispatch date will apply as items will be sent together.
  • The above times are dispatch guidelines and do not reflect actual delivery times.

Please note we do not carry any clubwear in stock, it is all made to order and we are always booked up in advance. If you have an urgent request please email enquiries@cyberclubwear.co.uk we may be able to help.

SHIPPING METHODS:

UK CUSTOMERS

  • Most items under the value of 35.00 are sent via first class post to the uk, or standard airmail worldwide and we always obtain proof of posting.
  • All orders over the value of 35.00 will be sent via recorded delivery and all orders over £70 will be sent via royal mail special delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
  • International orders over £25.00 will be posted via royal mail international signed for delivery, once you receive your tracking number you can use the website for your own countries postal service to track your item.
  • Orders under £25.00 will be sent via standard airmail and do not carry a tracking number.

RETURNS POLICY:

We do trade fairly and aim to offer the best customer service. The terms above are set to ensure a smooth transaction and quality service for all customers. We will only offer refunds in the following circumstances;Purchase Error:

Customer has made genuine mistake with ordering procedures leaving us unable to process order in timeFaulty Items:

We will only offer refunds on faulty UNWORN items. Being experienced ravers, we are aware of the stress that garments can be put through during hard raving and will not accept responsibility for damage or faults caused by or acquired during hard stomping! Please inspect your garment before partying and contact us immediately if there is a problem so that a solution can be agreed. All items are bespoke and made to order therefore we will not offer refunds on incorrectly sized products (please refer to our size chart) or where the customers doesn't like/suit the item purchased. We will offer an exchange in these circumstances.Non-Receipt of goods:

We always obtain proof of posting. All outfits are sent via next day special delivery (once made). In the unfortunate event of an order going missing in the post, we will seek to claim compensation from Royal Mail and will aim to issue replacements to customers if required. However, for items sent via first class post or recorded delivery we must allow 3 weeks before issuing a replacement or refund. Most items will either require a signature or will not fit through a letter box therefore may be held at your towns sorting office or with a neighbour. We should make you aware that some postmen do not leave cards - naughty but common.Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event of any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances on the seller’s behalf, resulting in the inability to complete the order in a timely manor, the customer will be contacted and a refund will be issued as soon as possible.PLEASE NOTE:

Returns are only accepted when agreed prior with customer and with one of our returns forms obtainable by contacting customercare@cyberclubwear.co.uk . When you are making a return you MUST obtain proof of posting and retain this receipt in case of loss. We can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us and can only help the customer to make a claim for compensation with the proof of posting.

Please note that returns are NOT accepted on glowsticks, hosiery or cosmetics.

Product Condition

All of our products are manufactured by our own team of highly skilled professionals and should therefore reach you in supreme condition.

Your garments will all be sent with a care instruction booklet. Please read the booklet carefully and follow the guidelines to ensure you get the most from your clubwear.

HIGHLY IMPORTANT:

Our fluffy legwarmers are specially tapered at the foot for a unique cut to fit over your shoe. You wear the fluffies with the seam running down the back of your leg and the fluffies have a unique sleek shape favoured by our customers. Please DO NOT mistake this for being cut wonky! LOL!

You will also experience some shedding of fur when you first wear your fluffies. you can brush them to reduce this but it will stop after the first wear and wash.
